Special discounted package combining popular items for a proper downward exhaust venting install in 2x6 walls (or 2x4 walls that have been firred out with 1x2's).
One order package includes:
- One Dryerbox® Model DB-4D For Downward Exhaust Venting in 2x6 Walls
- One LT90 Dryer-Ell Long-turn Elbow
- 4 feet of DryerFlex™ Hose
- Two DC4 Hybrid Stainless Steel Worm Drive Clamps
Note: You will need a short piece of pipe to go from the LT90 into or through the 4D Dryerbox. See the 4" crimped collar, or better yet, cut your own as you do not need the crimped end to fit into the LT90.

Great Product

The only improvement I could make to this system would be to strengthen the dryer-side edges at the end of the dryerbox flex hose. That said, this is an awesome product that saves space in your laundry room. Make sure to double check the underside of the floor and wall to ensure you have room for the hose to exit below.

It was worth tearing out the wall to install (wish the top edges of the pan were straight and not rounded). It gave us about 4.5" more space! Now, the washer is sticking out 5". No one makes a 3-valve washer box (C-C-H for steam dryer). "Y" off cold makes it stick out more. We plan to create one. Turns out, we could not use the LT90 due to our joist configuration. It could come in handy for another use.

I purchased this product for my new home that I am building and would highly recommend the dryer box to anyone that is looking a nice clean finished wall and, or a few extra inches in the laundry room.
