4D Dryerbox

by Tim| 2/12/2014 12:00:00 am

Easy install, works great.

Awesome product

by Jon| 10/13/2013 12:00:00 am

I bought this hoping it would be better quality than the cheap, plastic alternatives. The Dryerbox far exceeds all other similar products on the market. It looks sharp after spraying with a coat of paint, and installation was a breeze. Well worth the money!!!

Briliant

It's been said by many more knowledgeable than I, these Dryerboxes are one of the most brilliant, most innovative products to grace the market in many years. Sure glad I "stumbled" upon them here on the web. Yes, there are other similar boxes available in hardware and home improvement stores. I don't know if In-O-Vate's boxes were the first. But I do know that In-O-Vate's marketing (here on the web) and their different numerous model options, and product quality are second to none. My existing construction project was a down-flow situation,,, so, no specific Dryerbox model match. I chose the DB4D (for new construction) made a few minor modifications, , , and am now a very satisfied "Dryerbox home owner". Thanks In-O-Vate!!! Chuck

Down vent box review

Easy to install and a true space saver! Well worth the price for how quick installation was and what it allows for dryer placement in a small space.

Dryer box and customer service

by David| 4/26/2013 12:00:00 am

I am a builder and had pre-ordered my dryer boxes before my 2nd phase of building. In between this time I changed my design of my Condos and called to see if I could exchange my previous order for side dryer boxes instead of top ones. Not only did they have what I needed but the customer service was outstanding! Thank you

I really like these boxes. They're easy to install?

Excellent product

by Nate H.| 12/4/2017 12:00:00 am

I've used these and took chances with the cheap plastic boxes. This is well worth your money considering the time savings of not messing with multiple pieces of straps, covers, and vent adapters all made of cheap, brittle plastic. Plus, this looks much more professional. Well designed product

Great product

I purchased a 4D Druerbox for our home elevation project. The box fit nicely into the wall cavity, is very well constructed and can be installed in few minutes. I received an email from customer service acknowledging my order and received by Dryerbox within 3 business days. Great experience!

This is a well designed unit that makes the dryer installation simple and easy. I would certainly use another if the opportunity would arise again.

So simple yet so effective. I won't build another house without one. Why didn't I think of this?

Perfect

Perfect for application

by Chris| 9/14/2014 12:00:00 am

We used to get our dryer back against the wall. Designed to be installed prior to drywall however we used as a retrofit. Worked perfect.

Put it in every new house

by Josiah Grunwald| 9/19/2018 12:00:00 am

I'm a Builder and have used these on every house I have built and I love them. So easy to install on 16" OC studs. Pay attention to placing the center mark centered with where ur dryer will go. You will have to frame accordingly for this, but worth getting it right. Highly recommended for every new laundry.

Excellent product. Fits nicely in 16" o.c. studs. The heavy metal construction is comforting when I consider making the wall cavity meet fire codes and construction methods. It comes in a kit that can be ordered with up or down vent ports. I ordered the pieces for a 6" stud wall, but I'd recommend the kit. Excellent product.

The Very Best Alternative

by Jesse Springer| 7/26/2013 12:00:00 am

This product is very well designed and constructed. It was easy to install and fit perfectly, and is much sturdier than the cheap plastic units available at most home-improvment megastores.

Terrific Product!

by Greg| 11/20/2015 12:00:00 am

Its a must have item. Great design and heavy gauge metal. So easy to install just find studs, cut sheetrock to size and install. I was amazed at how much lint build up there was behind the sheetrock. Now no more dryer air leaking or link and such an improvement to the dryer air flow function. Everyone should have for the safety issues caused by dryer vent fires.

Vent box review

by Terri Fleming| 8/23/2018 12:00:00 am

This box was the solution for my small laundry closet that didn't have clearance for a new (standard) dryer plus rigid metal hose. The box was installed by a tradesman (plumber) because we had to move a power outlet and re-route the exhaust placement in my circumstance (it came out of the wall at exactly the same height as the outlet from the dryer). The box install itself was straightforward and solved the space issue.
