We installed two of the dryer vent covers to try out on our 20 story condominium building. Installation was easy and they look great. The magnets keep them from flapping and making a lot of noise. Great product.

Purchased this unit to replace a severely deteriorated plastic vent. It is very sturdy, and installs inside a standard 4 inch vent pipe. I did have to enlarge the provided attachment screw holes, but after that, with a little caulk to seal it against the ship lap siding, installation was easy, and the unit functions very well.

I was concerned about being able to install this on concrete block, but it was fairly easy using an outdoor adhesive. It is a 1000% improvement from the 1960's wall vent that was removed.

This dryer vent is extremely well made and simple to install. Fits a 4" Vent pipe perfectly and should last a lifetime. So much better than the normal dryer vent and the smooth design should not accumulate lint.

I would def recommend this product. It looks great, and the brown blends well with my weathered redwood siding. this is the chief reason I bought it - no ugly silver or white hood sticking out. and the person who installed it had no trouble. we did have to buy an extension tube b/c I the wall was thicker than I thought. I do agree that it would be nice to have a bit more of a seal or gasket around the flap. the main concern in Houston is bugs getting in, and they can exploit the slightest gap.

We are SO HAPPY you make a metal dryer wall vent! The only replacement we could find was the same cheap plastic vent that lasted maybe a year. Determined to find a better solution, we were thrilled to find, order and install your dryer wall vent. Your color choices are great and the vent looks so much better on the house than the cheap plastic. Installation was simple and easy to follow from your printed directions. We are so pleased you offer such a quality product!

Easy to install, clean look. Works superbly. Have to believe the dryer has reduced back-flow and increased efficiency.

The product seems well made, the only issue I have with it is the pipe is not the correct diameter. It should be 4" I.D. so the previous pipe fits inside of it. That way the damp air does not blow around the vent pipe into your walls. I had a HVAC shop put extra crimping on my pipe so it fits inside the vent pipe to be vented correctly.

Was very satisfied with the installation and function of this dryer vent. It was easy to install, is flush with the outside wall, and most importantly no more hassles with boxy outside vents that crack and chip after a couple of years. Love the product!

So many dryer vent products are made cheap, flimsy and just do not work well. I am happy to say the In-O-Vate dryer vent is solid, easy to install, works flawlessly and looks great. I would highly recommend this product.

Our existing plastic vent fell apart and we took a chance with this gadget. Shipment was prompt and it arrived very quickly. I was pretty skeptical about installation thinking I would need to re-pipe the venting. Not so. Even easier than the video. Probably took less than 10 minutes and it looks great and functions perfectly. It might even last forever! Great product -- highly recommended!

We have been looking for a good dryer vent for a long time. It was easy to install and it works better than anything we have ever had.

I am sick of plastic dryer vents cracking and discoloring in the MI seasons. They don't last. I had one on the house I needed to replace as well as add a bath fan exhaust. I was actually looking for something else when I stumbled across Dryer Vent's website. Glad I did. I now have two premium vents that are low profile. I like this as they are right beside my deck and people would notice our old one that was broken and clogged with dryer lint. Ugh! Not any more thanks to Dryer Vent! I spray painted mine with grey primer and will go over them in the spring to color match the house once we have it power washed. I have zero complaints about the product and look forward to many years of trouble-free usage.

Dryer Wall Vent works as advertised, but be aware that it fits inside the outlet pipe. I wish there were an option for one that slides outside the vent pipe (like every other part of the system) so it would reduce back pressure, and not trap lint. I modified the vent to accomplish this, but it was a pain to do so.

Well built product which we expect to eliminate our yearly bird nest building problem. My install was on a ladder at 20' and required expansion of my vinyl siding, new J-channel trim, and modifications to the main duct, which my builder had practically collapsed, so about 2.5 hours longer than the 10 minutes shown on the install video, but those were my issues, not the product.

I needed to replace my louver external dryer vent and after much research this replacement was exactly what was needed. Installation was simple and the device was easy to seal unto my siding. Less dust in the house since the vent has been in operation

This is the best design for a dryer vent. I have a long run and the vents I have used have always clogged with lint and limited airflow. Im very happy with my purchase. Lots of junk on the market, but this is a quality vent. You will not be disappointed in this.

I received the vent an plinth block 3 days after I ordered it. High quality material It took me about a hour to install it and I'm not to handy. Will recommend to friends .

The product is as advertised; it is well made and performs very well. It appears to offer very little resistance to air flow but seals tightly when not in use. It closes tightly in a way that will prevent cold air or "critters" from entering. The install went as described and took only a few minutes. I have used several dryer vent devices but this is clearly the best and will require the least (no) maintenance.

A simple and elegant solution to installing a dryer vent. Well built and worth the price. Easy installation...love it.

We are installing new siding on our home so ordered these vents to replace the old dryer and bathroom vents. Since they are so easy to install, we decided to temporarily slide in the new vents to test them out before the new siding goes up. Bathroom vent fit with no problems. We had to cut off the edge of the existing dryer pipe because it had a lip on it that folded in making the opening too small. Both vents worked great. Bath fan is a 50 cfm model with a 5 ft straight run, no elbows and the vent blows open OK with no modifications. Great product! Our remodeling company was impressed with the quality of the vents. We're looking forward to getting them permanently installed.

This is an excellent vent cover. Easy to install and feels quite durable. The door closes when dryer is off and it's impossible to open with your hands (and hopefully impossible for all the curious critters in the yard). Door opens with no trouble when dryer is on. Seems built to last. Highly recommended.

While replacing my dryer ducting, it was also time to replace my old brittle plastic vent. This vent is solid metal so it should last for many years. The zero back pressure was a good selling point because I wanted to make my dryer run efficiently as possible. Therefore, I also installed the 90 degree long elbow while redoing my dryer vent metal ducts/pipes. I like the low profile and flush look on this vent compared to many metal vents that protrude several inches from the wall. The product is expensive but it is a quality product. Wish it was more locally available through the home improvement big box stores.

After having to reroute the dryer vent from the roof to right beside the front door I needed something that looked nice and functioned great. The vent has been installed for over a month and I absolutely love it! A very easy install and nice sleek look. Would recommend to anyone.
